Zoe is teaching a day for us at Banovallum School. She is an inspiring and open person who has formulated a very useful way of strengthening the body. Look out because you may find yourself acheiving practices that surprise you.
Gary Carter Intensive

Gary is coming to teach in our Studio so this is aimed at experienced students who seriously want to work with their structural challenges.
It is possible he may do a 2 hour session for local people on the Friday evening.

The Chill Out Day 07 will be remembered as a day of truimph over adversity. The day opened with flood warnings and pictures on the television of Horncastle under water. Most people due to come rang us up to see whether we had cancelled. However the main roads were free and with true adventurous spirit about 95% of those booked turned up determined to enjoy themselves despite the weather which hardly stopped raining all day. So due to positive attitudes the day was a great success and we are able to send "Helping Minds Trust" £775 towards the running costs of their very valuable school, servicing 31 orphanages in Coimbatore, Southern India.
